A local family of six purchased 20 acres in Greenville with the vision of creating a farmhouse that would serve their family
for years to come. Upon entering the home the old wood from the riding ring used on the ceiling creates a warm backdrop to welcome friends and family. A big kitchen was a “must have” for this busy family and includes a 15’ concrete island which serves as the hub of the house whether during one of their many parties or working on a school project.
Natural stone and white ship lap siding clad the exterior while inside the painted paneling along with whimsical wall coverings make this home the quintessential farm house in its’ pastoral setting. Through a combination of new furniture, fun antiques, and repurposing existing items the overall feel is warm and inviting – just like the family that resides there.
