Our Client made the move from Texas to settle at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Nestled in the Cliffs Valley community on a serene lot with a babbling creek running just outside her doors she found a new place to call home. Being an academic by nature and a chemist by profession she had books, books, and more books.
The heart of the home is her extensive library which includes both a living area complete with a fireplace and a separate “work zone” with a desk and filing for her continued career as an educator and mentor. With a mid-century flair her home is a fun expression of high style and a funky aesthetic.
